Dosing devices are designed for automatic dosing Al-cast iron, cast steel or G6. There are three types of dosing devices:
- LDR - Linear dosing device
- SDR - Stabil dosing device
- RDR - Stabil dosing device with turning table
LDR
Linear dosing device is intended for dosing machines installed in the line. Dosing device can dose on one side of line, but if the turning table is installed than you can dose in the left and right side of line. Dosing quantity ranges from: 0.5 - 5 kg, 5 - 10 kg and 10 - 20 kg. Dosing device is made due to customer's reaquirements. LDR can dose up to 6 machines.
SDR
Stabil dosing device is suitable for dosing one machine (cast-or high-pressure). Dosing volume is: 0.5 - 5 kg, 5 - 10 kg, 10 - 20 kg.
RDR
Stabil dosing device with a rotary table. More machines can be dosed in the range of 360 ° around its axis.
The device operates automatically with electrical drives. It is set: the amount of iron, and the point of casting speed. The device is compatible with all equipment. 2. CONTROL SYSTEM
To control the machine is used Siemens S7 controller.
