CRUCIBLE FURNACES

Electrically heated bale out furnace suitable for melting and holding of non-ferrous-metals. Depending on the material graphite or SIC crucible cam be used. A high-quality insulation guarantees lowest outside temperatures.

TYPE OF HEATING:

Insulation blocks with meandershaped elements which can be exchanged individually.

TEMPERARURE CONTROL:

Through a thermocouple in the wall of the crucible and in the heating chamber, each with electronic temperature regulators. Regulation is possible from the heating chamber only. Automatic switching-on by timer with weekend switching-off device. The energy consumption is checked through a heating hours counter and an amperemeter.
